Returns & Refunds

All Pastiche products are handcrafted by amateur and skilled artisans, one piece at a time with utmost love and care which makes each product one of a kind. Since everything is created and crafted by hand, a slight variation in its form, shape, colour and texture is possible which does not mean the product has a flaw. It is simply a unique piece you have received. Although all product dimensions on the website are accurate, a slight difference from the mentioned dimensions will not  be considered a defect as the products are handmade or handwoven. No two pieces will be exactly identical. Hence, it will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns. If an item has been replaced once, it will not be replaced again.

Due to high shipping charges, we do not permit exchanges currently. The product purchased is eligible for return or replacement if:

  • The product you have received is incorrect, i.e., it does not match the product that was ordered by you.
  • The product received is broken, chipped or has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect.

We would be happy to exchange a defective product with either a replacement, a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7 business days after the product has been picked up from the address provided.

Please email us at within 24 hours of delivery with the correct order number and delivery address along with the reason for return. Please attach an image of the defective or incorrect product.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, if we are unable to replace the product, you will be notified and thereafter process your refund in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please do not accept the package if it has been tampered. Handover the package back to the delivery person before signing any proof of delivery.

A reverse pickup shall be arranged within 3-5 working days from the date of request. In case of exchange, your new purchase will be sent within 2-4 working days post receiving the returned product.

If the courier service does not have a reverse pick up facility for a certain pincode, then the defective product will have to be shipped back to us by the customer and a certain percentage of the order value will be reimbursed.
