Shipping Policy

  • We ship pan India. We are currently only accepting prepayments on all purchases and do not have a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option.
  • We accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.
  • All prices are inclusive of GST. GST for different materials and crafts differ.
  • Overseas shipping is currently unavailable.
  • You are eligible for free shipping if your order value is above INR 4000.
  • Shipping charges for order value within INR 2500/- will be INR 180.
  • Shipping charges for order value within INR 2500 – INR 4000 will be INR 100.
  • The estimated time of delivery is 4-7 days, however, we will not be responsible for any delays caused by our shipping partner, although we will help you track down your package.
  • Monday to Friday are considered to be business days, besides public holidays.
  • All orders are shipped through our registered courier partner.
  • Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) will be sent to you via email. To track your package, please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number.
  • Please ensure you provide us with your complete & accurate shipping address, including the postal code and contact number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
  • Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email regarding the same.
  • For any cancellations, please send us an email within 3 hours of the order being placed, Once the order has been shipped out, it cannot be cancelled.
